As we embark on the next phase of our journey, we realize our expanding vision which includes the Bishoftu project and our aim to become an exemplary educational institution that provides access to children from underserved community needs to be strategic and include individuals that will undoubtedly add to the mission of our organization.

Dr. Hawani Negussie will join the Fregenet Foundation to provide consultation in all facets of our educational endeavors. Her experience working with the 0-8 population in different institutions and capacities will enrich our services. In her role, she will build on existing educational platforms, provide teacher training tailored to the needs of our children and families, coordinate some short and long-term goals for the foundation.
In her consultative role with the Fregenet Foundation, Dr. Hawani will provide guidance and services in the following areas;
- Teacher training
- Curriculum development
- Provide comprehensive education strategies
- Early Childhood and Child Development course development
- Classroom environment rating system …. etc.
