RE: Fregenet Foundation and Global Research and Consulting Group
Dear Friends and Supporters of The Fregenet Foundation,
Over the past four months, GRC Western has been privileged to work alongside Fregenet Foundation to help support its mission and growth aspirations to serve Ethiopian youth and communities. Tafesse has been a wonderful partner to work with and his visible impact on communities has been an eye-opening experience for our team as we’ve become closer with the foundation. That said, we are highly impressed with his dedication to the foundation’s cause and we look forward to maintaining a close relationship in the future.
The objective of our project was to help Fregenet Foundation identify sustainable financing opportunities and increase its visibility through new marketing initiatives. Our work consisted of the following:
- Market and competitive analyses
- Donor research
- Internal social media strategies
- Outsourcing social media practices
- Direct-to-consumer marketing strategies
- University outreach initiatives
- Volunteering and outsourcing construction
- Marketing budget
