Dear Friends and Supporters,
It is that time of the year when we conclude another exciting school year and bid farewell to the students who have aged out of our school. We say goodbye to our graduates who will attend another school for the next cycle of their education. But we encourage them to stay in touch with us for years to come. The goal that guides our actions, since our start in 2004, is the education of as many children as possible to prepare them for a future of work and responsibility.
The 2017/2018 school year was one of exciting beginnings and accomplishments. We succeeded in continuing to provide a quality education to all of our students including our graduates in our existing Fregenet Kidan LeHitsanat School (FKLS) in the capital of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa. We also began a new endeavor to establish early childhood education centers outside of the capital, planned and executed a major annual fundraising event this summer, received numerous donations from our faithful supporters and welcomed volunteers from inside and outside Ethiopia.![\"\"](\"https://fregenetfoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/2018-final-report-cover-790x1024.png\")
