The chairman of the school board and a representative of the parents\’ association spoke at the event, both emphasizing the need for all stakeholders to work together closely on issues relating to the children\’s education. They focused on the urgent need for a renewed appeal to the city for land needed to build a permanent school. They also called for programs to empower families, to allow the community gradually to assume responsibility for the ownership and operation of the school.

Members of various clubs at the school presented entertainment programs, including skits depicting the clubs\’ respective activities and conveying positive social values. The school awarded certificates to those students completing Kindergarten, and presented prizes to certain students in recognition of their academic achievement and exemplary conduct. Participants then shared refreshments and engaged in lively discussion on matters of mutual interest.

Fregenet School will take on 30 new Kindergarten-age students when the new school year begins in September.

The Board of the Fregenet Foundation would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to all its donors and supporters. None of this would be possible without your generous contributions and participation. The Board, the school faculty, and the children deeply appreciate your continued support.
